You must not use StudyWizardry services in any way that violates academic integrity, institutional rules, or applicable law. Specifically, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Plagiarism – Presenting StudyWizardry's generated content, AI explanations, or other users' materials as your own original work.
• Fabrication or Misrepresentation – Creating or submitting false data, citations, or results derived from AI outputs.
• Unauthorized Collaboration – Sharing, discussing, or submitting StudyWizardry results in settings where independent work is required.
• Circumventing Restrictions – Using StudyWizardry in hidden or deceptive ways to bypass course or institutional honor codes.

3. Responsible Use of AI Tools

StudyWizardry employs artificial intelligence to enhance comprehension, not to complete work on behalf of students. You agree to:

• Use AI-generated explanations, notes, and solutions for learning and understanding, not direct submission;
• Treat all AI-generated content as study support, not as a substitute for your own reasoning or effort;
• Ensure any AI-assisted content you submit complies with your institution's academic policies.

We encourage users to disclose when AI tools have been used in the preparation of academic work, where required by instructors or institutions.

4. Collaborative Learning Ethics

StudyWizardry values collaboration — but only when it's authorized and transparent. You should:

• Engage in group learning within the rules of your course or institution;
• Use shared study sets, notes, and discussions to enhance collective understanding, not to share answers;
• Respect the privacy and intellectual property of others in the community.

5. Respect for Institutional Honor Codes

You are responsible for understanding and adhering to your school's or instructor's academic integrity policies. StudyWizardry does not replace or override your institution's rules. Using our services in violation of your academic policy — even unintentionally — may still constitute misconduct under your school's regulations.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

StudyWizardry may take immediate action in cases of suspected or confirmed Honor Code violations, including:

• Warning or notification to the involved user;
• Temporary suspension or termination of account access;
• Restriction of IP address or region;
• Reporting repeated or severe violations to the appropriate institution, if legally required.

All enforcement actions are determined at StudyWizardry's sole discretion to protect the integrity of the learning community.

7. Educator Partnership and Transparency

We collaborate with educators and institutions to promote fair academic practices. StudyWizardry provides transparency features allowing teachers and schools to understand how AI is used in learning processes — ensuring mutual trust between students and instructors.

8. Encouraged Ethical Use

We strongly encourage all learners to:

• Learn how and why an answer is correct, not just what the answer is;
• Treat every AI interaction as an opportunity for deeper understanding;
